Tips to assist you in enjoying your experience at Anam Cara

* Please arrive on time for your appointment. This will ensure that you get the maximum benefit from your treatment.
*If you have booked a body treatment, try to avoid eating for at leat one hour prior to your treatment
*For your comfort and that of others we ask that you please switch off your mobile phone before entering the premises.
*For your convenience, towels, robes, spa slippers and kisposable underwear will be provided where necessary. All you need to bring is yourself!
*If you are pregnant, have had recent surgery or any health problems please advise the receptionist when booking.
